An upside down house within a small group, set in the grounds of a private hotel built on a beautiful headland overlooking the sea.The bedrooms & bathrooms are on the ground floor with the open plan living areas on the first floor giving sea views. The house overlooks Porth Bay & the hotel has private access direct onto Porth Beach. Within 2 mins walk there is access to a second sandy beach, Lusty Glaze. The generous living area includes kitchen with microwave & dishwasher, dining area opening onto a balcony, lounge with colour TV & CD player. Guests have access to the hotels health club inc. pool, spa & gym.

Accommodation Details

Bedrooms There are 2 seperate houses. The first has 1 double room with a double bed, wardrobes, patio door onto small decked garden & is en suite. The 2nd is a double room with twin beds & wardrobes. The other house has 3 bedrooms, 2 double one of which is en-suite & the 3rd room has twin beds with wardrobes

Bathroom Small en-suite to bedroom 1 with shower cubicle, wc & wash basin. Family size bathroom with bath/shower over, wc & wash basin

Living Room The whole of the first floor in this upside down house is open plan. The lounge area is light & airy & has large windows on both sides & part sea view, comfortable sofas, colour TV & CD player & phone.

Kitchen Open plan shaker style kitchen/diner. Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher etc. There is a dining table & chairs. There is a balcony from the dining area overlooking the decked garden with part sea views, lovely for an evening drink.

Cleaning & Linen Linen is provided by the hotel & is changed mid week.

Accomodation Notes Children very welcome, they will love the sandy beaches but only have access to the "wet areas" of the health club at the hotel.

Outside The house has a small decked garden. Parking is provided at the hotel. Guests have access to the Hotel's Health Club which includes heated indoor pool & jacuzzi

Further Details Newquay is ideal for people of all ages, it can be lively for those that want it, peacful for those that just want to relax, always friendly & provides clean safe beaches for both families & surfers with lifeguards always on hand. .

Local Information The hotel is at one end of the town, set on a headland with stunning views, an ideal base for walkers & exploring the local area. Restaurants, bars, clubs, pubs & shops inc chemists, grocery stores are all in within easy walking distance.

Leisure Facilities Newquay is a vibrant coastal town on the rugged north coast of Cornwall & a surfers paradise with 7 beaches around the town. 2 sandy beaches, Porth & Lusty Glaze are within 2 mins walk from the hotel. Tennis courts also available at the hotel. England's premier surfing beach, Fistral is just a 10 min drive & 25 min walk.All water sports are provided in the area. Newquay has a good zoo & gardens. There is a golf course in Newquay & several others in the immediate area with stunning sea views.There are coastal cliff walks all along this coast.The hotel itself has a great brassiere restaurant if you do not wish to self cater open for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Reservations recommended for dinner Thurs. to Sat eves

Booking Notes Bookings are made direct with the house owner & not with the hotel. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival. Keys are collected from hotel reception.

Changeover day Saturday only. Keys are available from 4pm, earlier if the house is ready.Departure is by 11 am on the following Saturday.
