A downstairs cloakroom with toilet, and upstairs family sized bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle. Outside is large garden area, with separate indoor heated swimming pool. Across the road is a large playing field with childrens playground. Out front is room for 4 cars on the driveway.

Bedrooms: 3 double sized rooms, one with king size bed, one double bed and one with twin beds.

Bathrooms: Family sized bathroom with jacuzzie style bath, separate shower cubicle Downstairs cloakroom with toilet and sink.

Living Rooms: Large lounge with one 3 seater leather sofa, one 2 seater leather sofa and one tub chair. TV, inc satellite Sky plus and DVD, also music player.

Kitchen: Large kitchen with cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave. 2 washing machines and tumble dryer, also fridge and indoor freezer in the utility room adjacent to the kitchen.

Other Rooms: Sitting room, with leather 3 seater sofa. Large conservatory with dining table and chairs to seat 6, also, 2 single leather armchairs..

Cleaning & Linen: Towels and linen provided, changed weekly, property cleaned weekly.

Accomodation Notes: There is a large fish pond, though it is securely covered, therefore will not pose a problem for children. There is a childrens play park across the road.

Outside: Large garden lawned front and rear, completely enclosed. Private swimming pool, indoor and heated, 8 metres x 4.5 metres.

Further Details: Within walking distance are 2/3 excellent restaurants, the nearest local shop is 5 minutes driving by car, the nearest supermarket is less that 10 minutes by car, the nearest town is Great Yarmouth which is approx. 10 minutes by car.

Local Information: Shangri La is situated within the middle of a concentrated area of natural beauty, areas of historic importance. A perfect area for walkers, such as Peddars Way. It is suitable for all - from families who wish to spend hours on the beach, also frequenting the leisure complexes and circus events etc., of Great Yarmouth, to those wanting a relaxing, walking or holiday with an occasional boat trip, or those who purely want a home from home experience with the benefit of having a pool in the back garden!
