Norfolk - House in a village on Norfolk Broads with heated indoor swimming
pool A 3 double bedroomed detached house, situated
in a rural location within 5 minutes walking distance of Rollesby and Ormesby
Broads, within 10 minutes driving of Great Yarmouth. It has quite a large lounge,
separate sitting room, quite large kitchen, utility room, all fully equipped,
large conservatory cum dining room. 3 double sized bedrooms, one with king size
bed, one double bed and one with twin beds. A downstairs cloakroom with toilet,
and upstairs family sized bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle.
Outside is large garden area, with separate indoor heated swimming pool. Across
the road is a large playing field with childrens playground. Out front is room
for 4 cars on the driveway.

a lovely quiet position behind Stockghyll Beck, within 5 minutes walk of the centre

apartments occupy the top and lower half of the original farmhouse, the top one
being Crowsnest Cottage and the lower one being Haywain cottage. They overlook
Trebarwith Strand the local beach with many more beautiful beaches and small fishing
villages only minutes away by car. The famous Eden Project is only 30 minutes
away. Swimming,surfing, Wind Surfing, Sailing, sea, river & lake fishing, riding,
golf ,tennis are all available locally. The local leisure centre offers an indoor
swimming pool, squash court and fitness centre. Castles, country houses and famous
gardens abound and we have the National Maritime Aquarium and the Cornish Coastal

North Cornwall - Dating from the 17th century, it was indeed the cottage of
the shepherd of the historic Bottreaux Estate. It is detached and situated on
a narrow quiet lane with the nearest neighbours being Home farm, a couple of hundred

5: Fressingfield, Suffolk -A semi-detached 16th century cottage originally
part of a timber framed "Hall House" recently extended and totally refurbished.
Centrally heated and double glazed with an inglenook fireplace housing a wood
burning stove, Hawthorne Cottage features many exposed beams. It combines old
world charm with every modern convenience. Its secluded village location and large
south facing garden provide peace and quiet, although it is 2 minutes walk from
the village shop and church where Chaucer's grandaughter, Alice De la Pole, is
said to have carved her initials on a pew.
