Sleeps up to 6: The Palm Tree Lodge, Wingmore, Canterbury - Kent - Situated in the small hamlet of Wingmore, in the heart of the Elham Valley is The Palm Tree Lodge, a 2 bedroom self contained holiday cottage which can accomodate for up to 6 people. The Elham Valley stretches from the Coast through to the historic Cathedral City of Canterbury and is within both an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a Special Lanscape Area. The lodge has 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with ensuite washroom/toilet.

There is also a separate bathroom. The lodge was once part of The Palm Tree Inn, which was de-licensed in 2009. The lodge is set round the back of the Inn and enjoys views up and down the valley and adjorns onto surrounding farmland. There are a wealth of footpaths and cycle routes leading away from the Lodge and local villages offer a good local shop, pubs and restaurant facilities and a golf course. April Cottage is a recently refurbished, very spacious dormer bungalow. It is beautifully furnished to a very high standard, throughout. It is warm and cosy and is an ideal base for summer and winter holidays alike. It is close to all the attractions of the Northumbrian Coast and is walking distance from unspolit sandy beaches. April Cottage Sleeps eight in 1 double and 3 twin bedrooms. The cottage has an abundance of living space making it possible for people to be together or in their own space. Storage is excellent in all bedrooms. Local Information: There are two pubs, both serving bar and restaurant meals, within a five minute walk of the house. The village shop, next to the church, also has an excellent cafe serving meals all day (a terrific breakfast) and internet access. Local produce can also be bought from the Post Office on the sea front. Beadnell Bay, with its unspoilt sandy beaches, is a few minutes stroll. The very quiet North Beach is only 300 yards away.
