It offers very comfortable and cosy accommodation and is
equipped to a very high standard. Situated in the pretty
unspoilt town of Lostwithiel, the cottage is just a few
hundred yards from the River Fowey and the town centre with
its variety of excellent restaurants and pubs and interesting
individual shops. Lostwithiel is the perfect base for exploring
Cornwall. The Eden Project, the beaches of St.Austell Bay,
the historic port of Fowey and the rugged beauty of Bodmin
Moor are all less than 15 minutes drive away

Two cottage bedrooms with traditional latch doors: One double,
one twin, comfortably furnished, fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom
Very attractive bathroom with quarry tiled floor, vanity
basin and shower.
Living
Room Cosy Lounge/dining room — comfortably furnished:
Beamed ceiling, attractive stone fire place, TV and dvd,
CD player.
Kitchen
Smart well equipped pine fitted kitchen with small breakfast
bar, electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine
Cleaning
& Linen All gas and electriciy charges, bed linen and
teatowels are included (but not personal towels).
Accomodation
Notes The property is perfect for couples but is also
suitable for a small family. It is very well equipped and
should meet all your needs. There is a good supply of books
puzzles and games.
Outside
At the rear of the cottage is a pretty, sunny, raised
patio garden with garden furniture, barbecue and a useful
shed for storing beach gear.
Booking
Notes A deposit of £50 per week must accompany booking
forms The balance is due one month before the start date
of the holiday.
Changeover
day During the main holiday season — May to October
— changeover day is Saturday. However, at other times of
year this is flexible.
